September News

Hello and Happy September!

I trust you’ve all been enjoying a lovely summer! I love September – I really do! It brings with it this “back to school” feeling and this year I will be participating in an ayurvedic course in Toronto every thursday evening until December with Matthew Remski, Ayurvedic practioner. I’m so excited to be able to share this with you all – and to see how it weaves into everyday life :)

My summer has consisted (briefly) of returning home from a Chopra meditation retreat in Whistler, BC mid July – feeling very blessed and grateful for the opportunity to be there. The blessings continued when my family from out west and out of town came and spent several weeks back home with us all. Everyone has recently returned to their homes’, safe and sound – and I look forward to hugging and kissing every single one of those little faces soon!

The exciting times continue here in Hamilton – Saturday Sept 10th – is PACKED with so many activities to go out and participate in, enjoy, walk, stroll, listen, play and support!

Where can you find B Love around town this September?

Lastly … calling all entertainers

The Hamilton Centre Green Team is looking for more volunteers to join in on our exciting performance art piece that we have planned for 4:30pm at the Super Crawl on James Street North on September 10th. We will meet on top of Jackson Square under the covered stage. This is right next to the movie theatre doors. Our coordinator for this event is Tamara Kamermans who can be reached by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 905-393-7247. See you this week and thank you in advance for your participation in this event! It’s nice to be able to combine passion for the theatre with regard for the environment.
