Soup : Miso Noodle
Salad : Fire Cracker Chickpeas on a Bed of Mixed Greens
Main : Plant Based Manicotti with Prebiotic Plantain Pasta
Dessert : Trifle, with a choice of coffee / tea
Barbara and Denise have collaborated their skills and passion of food to make an enjoyable and healthy food experience. Preparation techniques are a fusion of the raw food lifestyle and of plant based traditional cuisine. Utilizing soaking, fermenting and dehydrating at a temperature of 105 degrees or lower, to retain maximum nutrients and enzymes for the nuts and seeds to ease digestion. As well as alkaline wash for grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, veggies and more to remove any contaminates and mycotoxins. All these mindful and vital steps are done to bring you all the very best from the carefully selected ingredients to nourish your body.
We will also be offering some in house Mother’s day brunch offerings this Saturday 10:30-2pm at B. Love for pick up. Or treat her to dinner Saturday evening!
And lastly, get ready for our long weekend pre order menu. Headed out of town – we’ll have car snacks, staying local and having a barbeque pre order salads, burgers and more! We will send out this order form soon.
