This is your reminder that your B love order for delivery on Friday July 17th to De La Sol yoga studio is due by the end of Wednesday July 8th.
 
There is still room in our Intro to Raw Food Prep classes on Saturday July 18th 1 – 3pm and Wednesday July 22nd 6:30 – 8:30pm. If you’d like to join us please don’t wait to enrol – the cut off date for class registration is Wednesday July 15th, so enroll now!!

If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet – Now is the time… this Sunday July 12th join us as we cruise Hamilton’s Harbour on the Gilligan’s Island Boat Cruise. Food provided by B Love, drum circle lead by Dean Gagnon and prizes to be won for the best and the worst costumes!!
