Workshop Update !!

Intro to Raw Food Prep workshop on Friday November 20th from 6 – 8:30pm – Only three spots left !!

This class is a great and delicious way to be introduced to raw foods without the use of a dehydrator. Of course we will experience a fabulous meal, having fun while learning about food and nutrition together!

B Love Book-Writing Retreat to Italy

I will be in Italy from mid-December until early February to research Italian cuisine, and spend some time in Calabria to focus on my raw food recipe book. Peter Ormond will be attending December’s United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark in December, and will add his futuristic engineering insight from this experience to the recipe book.
