I hope you are having a wonderful week! Here is our B Love weekly update for the week of November 16th! (wow where does the time go?)

Holiday Gift Items:

raw fruit cake (that’s right!!! organic fruit and nuts formed into a better than your favourite traditional christmas cake! )

Share Orders:

Our next weekly share will be delivered to De La Sol Yoga studios on Friday November 27th, if you haven’t yet placed your order, please do so on or before this Thursday November, 19th.

Next and last delivery date for 2009 will be December 11th to De La Sol Yoga studio… so start placing your orders to stock up for your winter and holiday season!
We are also taking special orders NOW of your favourites! Please note that special orders are done in batch sizes only – please call or e-mail us to order yours today

Workshops:

ONLY one spot left in this Friday’s Intro to Raw Food Prep class from 6 – 9pm.
