Share Orders
- This weeks share will be delivered to De La Sol Yoga Studio on Friday November 27th after 5pm – thank you to all of you who have placed your order!
- Stock Up Special Orders! Do you have some B Love treats that aren’t available on our menu that you just don’t want to go without while we are gone?
- Send me an e-mail ([email protected]) on or before Wednesday November 25th with your wish list for delivery to De La Sol on Friday December 4th.
- Last Share order of 2009 will be delivered to De La Sol on Friday December 11th, order yours on or before Thursday December 3rd.
Workshops
- Thanks to all that were in attendance on Friday for our Intro to Raw Food Prep. A wonderful group and an enjoyable time shared!
- Raw Italiano Friday November 27th 6:30-9:30pm - Come and experience a traditional italian meal made in a not so traditional way! From appetizer to dessert - this full family style meal kicks off with learning how to prepare it, some dehydrator and technique work along with many laughs and learning! Movie Night
This Sunday November 29th 7:30 – 9pm all are welcome to De La Sol Yoga Studio for a *FREE movie night. WE will gather to enjoy a viewing of the incredible documentary ‘ONE’. Raw Food Potlucks
- Last night we enjoyed a delicious dinner and wonderful gathering at Beams of Light Studio. Our lovely organizer and host Sharon – once again opened her doors to host this year’s last Raw Food potluck.
