It’s been an exciting time in the B Love kitchen!!! Two fully sold out classes last week (it was wonderful having you here) and teaching the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga at the Beams of Light Studio on Sunday!! I’m feeling very blessed and would like to thank you all for being apart of that feeling. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to Peter, Kathryn, Jamette, Joan, Theresa and Andre – you have all been really amazing and I am especially grateful for all your love, support and helping love filled hands!!! Thank you All!!!
I’d like to remind you all that I will be away (visiting family and attending a Chopra Retreat in Whistler) from Aug 19th until Aug 30th so there will not be any B Love deliveries during this time. However, please remember to place your order for delivery at the De La Sol Yoga Studio on Friday September 4th after 5pm on or before Wednesday August 12th.
We have a new automatic system in place for sending out updates!!! It’s very exciting as it will be helpful in keeping you all in the know and providing me with a tool that saves me a bit of time

Lastly, it is the Dundas Cactus festival this weekend and B Love will be marching down the streets of Dundas in the parade on Thursday evening in union with 6 other great businesses – loaded to the gills with awesome people drumming along the way!
