It’s been a while since I last wrote and much has happened in that time!
British Columbia was great and the meditation retreat was exactly what my spirit was craving 
Thank you to all that sent the bon voyage vibes and welcome home loving.
As you may have noticed the website is in need of some updating and I appreciate your patience as this happens. Please stay tuned as the evolution of B Love occurs.
For the delivery of orders on Friday Sept 18th, please place your orders before noon on Saturday Sept 12th. So, if you haven’t placed your order for the 18th yet (and I thank you to those of you who have) there is still time!
I need your help. I am in need of feedback of your personal favourites: breakfast, snack, treat, cracker, spread, entree and salad? What are your favourites thus far? How would you like to be able to order these?
Regarding classes: I am in the process of setting a date and time for “Raw Italiano”…. hmm can you guess what the menu will be 
I will let you know as soon as I have the dates set.
